We usually only need 2 working days and then your Miele will be on its way back to you.
We reserve the right to outsource repairs to external workshops.

What happens next?
We will review your request and send you either a shipping box or a shipping note .
You send your machine. We check your fully automatic machine and contact you if price agreements are necessary.
Within a few days you will receive your fully automatic machine back in working order with a repair report and can enjoy your favorite coffee.

Simply
After ordering, simply pack your Miele in a suitable box, stick the shipping label we have created on it and send it off to the post office.
If you no longer have the original box, we will be happy to send you a suitable one.
Fast
To ensure that you have your favorite item back as quickly as possible, we usually only need two working days to repair your fully automatic coffee machine.
