 2. Receive DHL shipping note by email.

 3. Pack the machine , stick on the DHL shipping label, send the machine (post office/nearest packing station/DHL parcel courier).
 4. Receive diagnosis with cost estimate by email (within 24 hours).

 4.1 Commissioning by you.

 5. Repair within 2 working days.

 6. Returned to you. Unpack the Miele, switch it on and enjoy your coffee!
